David Carvajal Hernández (Inkdex) is a trilingual artist (français, anglais, espagnol) originally from Colombia, with an approach inspired by traditional artistic techniques; a painter and comic book artist who is passionate about books, video games, and cinema. 

With nearly 10 years of experience in the field, his skills are best applied to realistic projects (both small and large scale), as well as cover-up projects,cover-up) which he carries out with the utmost care and passion.

His work focuses on drawing and painting, and his tattoo sessions often begin with a freehand drawing phasefreehandwhen the project requires it, allowing for a more precise harmony between the tattoo design and the area of the body being decorated. His techniques include a wide variety of black and grey work (graywash ink and black gray) as well as color, enabling him to work comfortably across a broad range of tattoo projects.
